WHO WE ARE

In his role as founder and CEO, Dan brings over a decade of experience in the national gas industry.  Prior to founding Transparent Energy, Dan worked at BP at its Structured Products desk, where he offered distinct risk management solutions to help customers minimize price volatility, manage annual budgets, and understand the shifting fundamentals of the natural gas market.  His solutions-based counseling approach was informed by his experience as a Trade Analyst at BP’s Midwest Natural Gas Desk.  In 2014, Dan returned to Detroit as the Director of Natural Gas Supply for Dillon Energy Services.  Dan formed Transparent Energy, LLC in 2017.
